Refund Policy
Under European Union law, consumers have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you receive the product. However, this right does not apply to certain goods and services, including but not limited to:
1. Custom-made or personalised orders.
2. Items that are sealed and packaged perfectly.
3. Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email) within the 14-day period. You must return the goods in their original packaging (if they are usable) if not you need to provide new protection form for the stones, and ship them in the same condition that you received them.

We only accept returns for shipments that include a tracking number. Additionally, the return goods form must be submitted prior to returning the items!
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
