  • Is there a minimum order requirement?
    Yes, we do have a minimum order of €40, plus shipping.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you offer returns or refunds/exchange ?
    Under European Union law, consumers have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you receive the product. However, this right does not apply to certain goods and services, including but not limited to: 1. Custom-made or personalised orders. 2. Items that are sealed and packaged perfectly. 3. Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email) within the 14-day period. You must return the goods in their original packaging (if they are usable) if not you need to provide new protection form for the stones, and ship them in the same condition that you received them. We only accept returns for shipments that include a tracking number. Additionally, the return goods form must be submitted prior to returning the items! The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.   • What happens if I receive a damaged item?
    If an item arrives damaged, we offer replacement or credit for the next order. You must provide a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery and a replacement will be sent when a new order has been placed.
  • How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-14 business days for international orders.
  • Are all the stones and gems 100% Natural?
    Yes, all of the stones and gems offered by Bigbangemsretail are 100% Natural. If and when there is any item that is not 100% natural or completely synthetic it will be specified. We are committed to providing only the highest quality stones and gems to our customers followed by transparency in the communication behind our work.
